Mobile welfare cabins, static welfare cabins, and van welfare available by LOC Hire.
If you’re working outside, you are going to need welfare facilities. Somewhere to put the kettle on and go to the loo.
Different jobs require different facilities, and that’s why we’ve invested in a wide range of welfare products available to hire throughout the UK. From mobile welfare units, static welfare units, to van welfare, whatever project you are working on, and wherever that is – we’ve got plenty of choice for your next job.
Mobile Welfare Cabins
We’ve got the largest mobile welfare cabin range in Scotland, ranging from 5/6 man canteens to the largest mobile welfare cabin out there, which is our LOC 15, that can house 12 people in the canteen, and 3 people in the office.
All our mobile welfare cabins are made by industry leading welfare manufacturer Boss Cabins, as we believe they offer best in class products.
Our mobile welfare cabin range consists of the following:
• LOC 6 – the smallest of our mobile welfare fleet, this spacious mobile welfare cabin seats up to 6 people
• LOC 7 – perfect for the smaller jobs, and housing up to 7 people in comfort
• LOC 9 – easily seating 9 people in the canteen dedicated area. Our LOC 9 welfare cabins are also available in Eco.
• LOC 10 – our LOC 10 is the first 10-man mobile welfare cabin, with 6-man canteen area and a 4-man dedicated office. Also available in Eco.
• LOC 12 – again, we introduced an industry first for our customers. – the first 12-man canteen available to hire.
• LOC 14 – our LOC 14 seats up to 14 people, and has a large table – ideal for meetings. Also available in Eco.
• LOC 15 – the LOC 15 cabin is the perfect alternative to a static welfare cabin. The UK’s first, and largest towable welfare cabin at 24ft.
Static Welfare Cabins
As well as our extensive range of mobile welfare cabins, we’ve also got static welfare cabins available to hire. If the project you are working on is for several months, or over a year – we would suggest looking at hiring a static welfare cabin rather than a mobile welfare cabin.
Our static welfare cabins are available in Eco, making them efficient to use and also reducing the impact on the environment.
We have a range of 25ft static cabins, with 12-man canteens, and 3-man offices.

Van Welfare
Sometimes neither a mobile welfare cabin or a static cabin is the right solution. Usually, this is because it’s difficult to get a mobile cabin to the job. At LOC Hire, we know that you need choice, and that’s why we’ve invested in several welfare vans for when getting a welfare cabin to the job is difficult.
