Dan Wharton set-up LOC Hire with a vision to provide customers with the best products and service. From an initial investment of just two welfare cabins to today’s fleet of over 200 welfare cabins, our ethos remains the same.

THINKING DIFFERENTLY

I’ve always believed in thinking differently to similar companies. Take mobile welfare cabins for instance, I’ve always pushed our manufacturer to create more flexible options. Rather than the standard 6/7 man welfare units – we’re now offering up to 20 man mobile welfare cabins.

I’m constantly looking for the edge that sets us apart and adds more value to our customers.

ECOHire

The response to our solar-powered ECOHire welfare cabins has been phenomenal and the business is growing rapidly. Due to this fast expansion, I will be shifting more of my focus onto ECOHire over the coming year and will be handing over the day-to-day running of LOC Hire to my extremely capable Deputy MD Mark McGuffog, who will be stepping into the Managing Director’s role.
